Refund Policy

Damages

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or you have received the wrong item. We can then evaluate and solve the issue.

Non-returnable items

Our products are perishable, as such we cannot return items unless they are damaged, out of date or received incorrectly.

Refunds

We try to process refunds as quickly as possible. Please expect up to 10 days working days to receive your refund if eligible.

Cancelled Orders

It is possible to cancel your order or subscription if it has not been processed. To do this please email info@londonfermentary.com. Once your email is received and confirmed, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed within 10 working days.
