Seasonal: Two core flavours will be added, or a weekly special if available.
We create many kefir flavours, all with their own unique taste, and they are quite rightly enjoyed on their own straight from the bottle! But they are much more glamorous in a nice glass over ice. Try adding Aperol and Prosecco for a lively Aperol spritz. Or mix it with tonic water and botanicals for a herby infusion. You can even pour some over the fruit before roasting to give an extra layer of flavour to the fruit syrup.
